Are you a Red Sox fan? You got kids? In what is shaping up to be the baseball-equivalent to tobacco manufacturers selling cigarettes to children, a company called Team Baby is releasing a DVD called Red Sox Baby. The names of colors, the alphabet, how to count, and other essentials are covered, but I wonder if it also subliminally teaches youngsters to unquestionably hate the Yankees.
And here's the only reason I bring this up at all: included with the DVD is a special Topps card of "Little Papi." The only thing that ruins the aesthetic of the card is his signature. Couldn't they have wrangled a copy of baby Ortiz's penmanship?
