Will the Real Manny Ramirez Please Sign This Card?

While you rip open your packs of the new Topps base set, take a long look at the Manny Ramirez card. Sure, it's an uninspiring photo of Manny not legging out a grounder. But more importantly, the facsimile signature is NOT HIS!

If you're familiar with his signature, it looks more like the signature of a guy who couldn't care less--not a guy who has to scratch out each letter like he's counting down the days he's spent in an island jail. The signature is of Manuel Ramirez, Brewers prospect. Take a look at these two cards and you'll see that the facsimile signatures are exactly the same.
