Although my favorite is probably the '56 set and I'm insanely jealous at how close you are to finishing it.Play at the Platehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14231140141558021698noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20684429.post-90454281826041365602011-09-22T13:21:15.044-04:002011-09-22T13:21:15.044-04:00'65 and '67 are both great. I hear horrible things about trying to collect the '67 high numbers, though.night owlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11673973790245316059noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20684429.post-59442619134306074972011-09-22T12:06:57.865-04:002011-09-22T12:06:57.865-04:00From an aesthetic viewpoint I'd pick the 1967 ...From an aesthetic viewpoint I'd pick the 1967 set over the 1965. I have no idea which one would be harder to build, though.Hackenbushhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15507810776309048794noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20684429.post-21985568541012937522011-09-22T11:42:14.733-04:002011-09-22T11:42:14.733-04:00here I go and put up the Tatis image for the fiors...here I go and put up the Tatis image for the fiorst time in blogger history, and a week later you use the same image.

it's Fernando Tatis Month in the blogosphere!!!!!!! Love the '54 design, and the nod to Ted Williams with the A-Rod bookends (though it would have been better with, say, Pujols or Ichiro)

I'm still plugging away at the 2007 Topps Heritage set, which I fell in love with because of the '58 design. Of course I'm about 30 short prints away from finishing it, and rather than spend the $100-150 needed to put that set to rest, I started collecting the '58's themselves. Just the all-star subset, though. I'm not a millionaire, lol.

http://crimesoftheinsomniac.blogspot.com/Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
